The premise
A couple on holiday in Haiti become involved in a series of savage murders linked to a doctors a new invention, a drug with extreme side effects.

A sun-drenched Haitian vacation turns sinister when a couple finds themselves entangled in a string of brutal killings that seem connected to a local doctor's experimental drug. As the body count rises, paranoia sets in and no one around them can be trusted. The tropical setting provides an uneasy contrast to the escalating danger lurking beneath the surface.
