The premise
A growth hormone experiment gets out of hand, when the the resulting giant man-eating rats escape, reaking havoc on the unsuspecting campus. Much blood-letting follows.

When a university research team's growth hormone experiments produce catastrophically oversized results, the campus becomes a killing ground overrun by enormous, ravenous rats. What begins as a controlled lab study spirals into bloody pandemonium as the creatures tear through students and staff alike. This late-80s Canadian creature feature leans hard into practical gore effects and B-movie mayhem, delivering exactly the kind of carnage its title promises.
