When two CIA operatives arrive in Bucharest to investigate a baffling kidnapping case, they quickly find themselves way out of their depth — the culprit is no ordinary criminal. A monstrous gargoyle, long believed destroyed and sealed away by the church, has clawed its way back into the world with terrifying purpose.
