The premise

Five women retreat to a remote island with nothing but water and the promise of purification — but stripping away food and comfort strips away civility too. Confined and increasingly desperate, long-buried grievances claw their way to the surface. What begins as a wellness experiment curdles into something far darker as the group's bonds are tested to breaking point. This Italian psychological horror trades monsters for the hunger that lives inside people.
