The premise
On her honeymoon, a young bride sleepwalks into the woods surrounding a secluded cabin. When she returns, she looks the same—but something about her is terrifyingly different.

Newlyweds retreat to a remote lakeside cabin for a blissful honeymoon, but the idyll shatters when the bride vanishes into the surrounding woods one night and returns subtly, disturbingly changed. Her husband struggles to reconcile the woman he married with the stranger now standing before him, as small wrongnesses compound into creeping terror. Director Leigh Janiak wrings maximum dread from the claustrophobic two-hander format, letting the horror emerge from the cracks in intimacy itself. What begins as a tender love story curdles into something deeply unsettling about trust, the body, and the people we think we know.
