The premise
A scientist working on cures for rare afflictions, such as a bone softening agent made from molds to allow him to correct the spinal deformity of his nurse, finds the physical causes of lycanthropy in wolf-man Larry Talbot and of vampirism in Count Dracula, but himself becomes afflicted with homicidal madness while exchanging blood with Dracula.
Horror Vault's take
In this late-era Universal monster mashup, a well-meaning doctor opens his doors to two of horror's most legendary afflictions, hoping that modern science can banish the curses of the wolfman and the vampire once and for all. His noble experiments, however, exact a terrible personal toll, blurring the line between physician and monster. Fog-drenched laboratories and gothic seaside atmosphere set the stage as three iconic creatures converge under one roof. Fans of the classic Universal stable will find old friends in familiar, if darkening, company.
