The premise
A villainous carnival owner traps a young werewolf to include in his growing menagerie of inhuman exhibits.

A drifter with a terrible secret finds himself ensnared by the charismatic and sinister ringmaster of a traveling carnival, who collects inhuman curiosities for his grotesque sideshow. What begins as an encounter between the strange and the stranger quickly becomes a dangerous game of power between very different breeds of monster. This sixth entry in The Howling franchise trades suburban scares for a gothic carnival atmosphere, pitting classic horror archetypes against one another in an exploitation-tinged setting.
