The premise

Anton is a cheerful but exceedingly non-ambitious 17-year-old stoner who lives to stay buzzed, watch TV, and moon over Molly, the beautiful girl who lives next door. However, it turns out that the old cliché about idle hands being the devil's playground has a kernel of truth after all.

Anton is the ultimate slacker teen — content to get high, binge TV, and pine after the girl next door — until an ancient evil decides his perpetually idle hands are the perfect instrument for mayhem. What starts as a stoner comedy quickly escalates into gleefully gory chaos as Anton struggles to control a body part with a murderous agenda of its own. Equal parts gross-out horror and raucous laughs, the film leans hard into its absurd premise with a cast that clearly relishes every deranged moment. It's a late-90s horror-comedy that wears its B-movie heart proudly on its sleeve.
