The notorious Ilsa returns in this grindhouse sequel, this time serving a powerful Arab sheik whose desert compound doubles as a prison for trafficked women. Equal parts exploitation spectacle and pulpy action-thriller, the film doubles down on the shock-value excess that made its predecessor infamous. It sits firmly in the 1970s sexploitation-horror crossover tradition, offering little redemption but plenty of provocation.
