The premise
A murderer finds himself on trial in Hell, caught between a bitter prosecutor and an inexperienced defence attorney. The trial spins out of control when a powerful demon, Lucifer and people from the killer’s past become involved.

A condemned murderer wakes up in Hell's courtroom, where his eternal fate hinges on a chaotic legal battle between a ruthless prosecutor and a hapless defence attorney. The infernal proceedings grow increasingly unhinged as demons, the Devil himself, and ghosts from the killer's mortal life crash the proceedings. Part courtroom drama, part dark comedy, Limbo skewers notions of justice and damnation with a wicked sense of humour. It's a wildly unconventional horror-comedy that dares to put the underworld on trial.
