The premise
A horror movie star returns to his famous role after spending years in a mental institution, but the character seems to be committing murders independent of his will.

As bodies pile up around him, the line between performer and monster grows dangerously blurred. This 1974 British chiller pairs Vincent Price and Peter Cushing to delicious effect, leaning into the eerie meta-quality of Price playing a fading horror icon haunted by his own creation.
