As her birthday approaches, a woman finds herself in the crosshairs of a relentless and deeply disturbed twin sister who has escaped from a mental institution. What begins as creeping dread escalates into savage, unpredictable violence — with a vicious dog serving as a terrifying accomplice. This Italian-American production earned its place on the UK Video Nasty list, and it's easy to see why once the carnage begins. Fans of early-80s sleazy slashers will find plenty to unnerve them here.
