The premise
A rich but unscrupulous old woman plots with a scientist to have her brain implanted in the skull of a sexy young woman.

A conniving elderly heiress hatches a scheme with a morally bankrupt scientist to cheat death and reclaim youth through the most extreme means imaginable — brain transplantation. The film delves into questions of identity and bodily autonomy as unwilling young women become targets of this gruesome ambition.
