Deep in the windswept Argentine countryside, a local officer finds himself drawn into a deeply disturbing murder inquiry after a woman's decapitated body is discovered near a remote community. The chief suspect refuses to accept responsibility, instead pointing toward a creature out of regional legend — a claim that proves harder to dismiss as the investigation pushes further into darkness. Director Alejandro Fadel crafts a slow-burn descent that blurs the boundary between folklore and flesh-and-blood horror. What begins as a police procedural steadily transforms into something far more primal and unsettling.
