The premise
A spoiled teen’s birthday bash turns killer after she convinced her parents to re-open a roller skating rink where a series of brutal murders took place and the killer comes back to wreak havoc during her party.

When a self-obsessed teenager pressures her parents into reopening a shuttered roller rink with a bloody past, she gets far more than a lavish sweet sixteen celebration. The venue's dark history comes roaring back to life as partygoers find themselves targeted by a killer with unfinished business. Part slasher throwback, part sharp teen-drama skewering, this MTV-produced TV movie delivers kills with a side of social commentary on high-school status games.
