The premise
A drug-treated schizophrenic plagued by horrible nightmares is released from the hospital and goes on a killing spree.

A deeply troubled man haunted by relentless, graphic nightmares is discharged from psychiatric care and struggles to keep his darkest impulses at bay. As his grip on reality deteriorates, a trail of brutal violence follows in his wake. Raw and uncompromising, this early-eighties shocker earned its notorious reputation as a video nasty through sheer visceral impact.
