The premise
A former high school student who always wanted to be a cheerleader decides to reopen the cheerleading program at her former high school after years of closure for being targeted by a serial killer.

When a determined young woman revives the long-shuttered cheerleading program at a school with a notorious killer past, laughs and screams collide in equal measure. This early-80s horror spoof gleefully skewers the slasher genre's most familiar tropes, packing its pompom-waving cast with recognizable faces. Think less genuine dread and more gleeful absurdity as a murderer once again stalks the squad.
