The premise

Carol Anne has been sent to live with her Aunt and Uncle in an effort to hide her from the clutches of the ghostly Reverend Kane, but he tracks her down and terrorises her in her relatives' appartment in a tall glass building. Will he finally achieve his target and capture Carol Anne again, or will Tangina be able, yet again, to thwart him?

Young Carol Anne is uprooted to a sleek Chicago high-rise, her aunt and uncle hoping distance will finally sever the supernatural link that has plagued her family. But the relentless Reverend Kane is not so easily shaken, and the building's glass-and-mirror surfaces prove to be anything but safe haven. With dark forces twisting the tower's reflections into gateways, the stage is set for a battle over one little girl's soul that reaches to the very top floor. Psychic go-between Tangina once again answers the call, facing her most dangerous confrontation yet.
