The premise
A team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race.

In the late 21st century, a crew of scientists and explorers ventures to a distant world after ancient cave drawings point toward humanity's cosmic birthplace. What they find there is far older and more dangerous than anything they could have theorized. Ridley Scott's Alien universe prequel trades claustrophobic terror for grand, unsettling mythology, asking whether some questions about our origins should never be answered.
