The premise
A new team of paranormal researchers has come to the hotel to investigate its murder-soaked past; the puppets -- led by a new member, Torch -- shed some light on the matter, as they tunnel, burn, strangle and hook to survive.

A fresh team of paranormal investigators descends on the infamous Bodega Bay Inn to pick apart its bloody history — only to find that the hotel's most dangerous residents have no interest in being studied. The puppets are back, more deadly and more numerous than before, and a fiery newcomer named Torch ensures no corner of the building stays safe for long. This sequel leans into the over-the-top kills and creature chaos that defined the original, while weaving in flashbacks that expand the mythology of the puppet master himself.
