The premise
A television reporter and her cameraman are trapped inside a building quarantined by the CDC after the outbreak of a mysterious virus which turns humans into bloodthirsty killers.
Horror Vault's take
When a routine late-night ride-along with a local fire station takes a horrifying turn, a TV reporter and her cameraman find themselves sealed inside an apartment building under emergency CDC lockdown. What begins as a straightforward human-interest story rapidly becomes a desperate fight for survival as the building's residents succumb to a terrifying and violent contagion. Told entirely through the lens of the news camera, the film puts viewers in the thick of the panic with nowhere to run and no way out.
