The premise
A large family gathers in the country side for their very elderly grannies' birthday. One gift happens to be from their ostracized, black sheep nephew, and upon opening it, the two loveable grannies turn into rabid, flesh-eating monsters.

When a sprawling, bickering family descends on their wealthy elderly aunts for a birthday celebration, the last thing anyone expects is for the sweet old ladies to become the deadliest guests at the party. A suspicious gift from a disgraced relative sets off a chain of increasingly grotesque events that turns the cozy country estate into a blood-soaked killing ground. This Belgian splatter oddity gleefully skewers family greed while delivering outrageous practical-effects carnage with its tongue planted firmly in cheek.
