When graduate student Emma relocates to New York City for a fresh start, she has no idea that her devices have become windows into her private life for someone deeply dangerous. Told entirely through hacked screens, phone cameras, and laptop feeds, Ratter puts viewers in the uncomfortable position of the watcher rather than the watched. The film builds a slow, suffocating dread as the intrusion inches closer to the physical world. It's a timely cautionary tale about how exposed our always-connected lives truly leave us.
