The sinister Professor Gangreen is back with a diabolical new trick up his lab coat — this time his killer tomatoes can walk among us in human form, setting the stage for a fresh wave of pulpy, produce-fueled chaos. Equal parts spoof and sequel, the film gleefully winks at its own low-budget absurdity while piling on slapstick gags and self-referential humor. Fans of gloriously cheesy genre comedy will find plenty to love in this deliberately over-the-top romp.
