The premise
A student creates and sells a drug called 'Z' which has the unexpected side effect of resurrecting the dead as flesh-eating zombies, who proceed to wreak havoc at a Halloween rave.

What begins as a Halloween rave descends into all-out chaos as the drug's horrifying side effects turn ravers into flesh-hungry zombies. This fifth entry in the long-running series leans hard into its campy roots, trading scares for splatter and spectacle.
