The premise
Hale attracted attention with its different appearance and strange behavior. She lives in a historical and eerily house in Nevsehir with her mother, a depressed grandmother and her aunt Azra. Hale's father had disappeared before she was born and was never seen again. Hale sees a nightmare of a terrible night; her father, whom she never saw, invites her to an old and uncanny home.

In the ancient, shadow-laden town of Nevşehir, a young woman named Hale has always been marked by something unspoken — her strange demeanor and the crumbling ancestral home she shares with a household of troubled women. Her father vanished before she ever drew breath, and his absence has cast a long, suffocating shadow over her life. When recurring nightmares begin pulling her toward a decrepit, unfamiliar dwelling and the ghost of a man she never knew, Hale finds herself drawn into a mystery that may be far more dangerous than a dream. The fifth installment in Turkey's long-running Sijjin franchise trades on slow-burn dread and a richly oppressive gothic atmosphere.
