The premise
A man rents a room in a couple's house and roams the streets at night looking for victims to skin, while constantly being followed by a junkie he mutilated who is now looking for revenge.

By day, Dennis Skinner appears to be a perfectly ordinary new tenant — soft-spoken, unremarkable, easy to overlook. By night, he prowls the city's margins in search of victims, indulging urges that are as ritualistic as they are savage. Hot on his trail is a survivor scarred by a previous encounter, driven by a singular, burning need for retribution. What follows is a grim collision course between monster and avenger set against a seedy urban backdrop.
