The premise
In a flooded future London, Detective Harley Stone hunts a serial killer who murdered his partner and has haunted him ever since — but he soon discovers what he is hunting might not be human.

A rain-soaked, flooded London of the near future sets the stage for a relentless cat-and-mouse hunt, as burnt-out Detective Harley Stone pursues the killer that took his partner — and has never let go of him since. Fuelled by coffee, rage, and paranoia, Stone begins to suspect that whatever is out there defies any rational explanation. This cult sci-fi horror hybrid blends cyberpunk grime with creature-feature menace, anchored by a gloriously unhinged Rutger Hauer performance.
