The premise
An evil scientist implants the brain of a murdered high school student into an animatronic Tyrannosaurus, who later wreaks vengeance on the bullies who killed him, and is reunited with his sweetheart.

A deranged scientist with a very large ambition and a very large robot dinosaur sets the stage for one of the most gloriously unhinged horror-comedies of the '90s. When a high school kid's ill-fated run-in with bullies puts him at the mercy of a mad doctor's experiments, the results are prehistoric, bloody, and somehow deeply romantic. Denise Richards and a young Paul Walker anchor this cheerfully deranged romp that never takes itself remotely seriously. Equal parts creature feature and teen soap opera, it's a cult oddity that has to be seen to be believed.
