The premise
A doctor—on orders from a sentient brain—kidnaps intimate couples and takes them to his mansion as prisoners. He injects his subjects with a substance to 'enhance' their sexual abilities. The curious doctor then forces his hostages to have sex. While they are making love, he drains a fluid from them, which he needs to prevent himself from transforming into a monster.
Horror Vault's take
A deranged scientist operating under the influence of a disembodied living brain abducts couples off the streets and imprisons them in his remote mansion. His sinister experiments hinge on extracting something vital from his unwilling subjects — something only intimacy can produce. Equal parts exploitation and science fiction, this Argentine cult oddity teeters between genuine unease and lurid spectacle. Viewers with a taste for the bizarre will find it unlike almost anything else in late-1960s horror.
