The premise
Julia, a woman suffering from a degenerative sight disease, finds her blind sister Sara hung in a basement. Despite all signs pointing to suicide, Julia decides to investigate what she intuitively feels is a murder case.

When Julia discovers her blind twin sister dead in a basement, she refuses to accept the official verdict and begins digging into a truth that everyone around her seems determined to bury. Her investigation grows more desperate as her own eyesight deteriorates, placing her in a race against encroaching darkness — both literal and figurative. This Spanish psychological thriller wrings unbearable tension from the simple, terrifying premise of a woman losing the very sense she needs most to stay safe. Hitchcockian in spirit, it builds its dread methodically until the walls feel like they're closing in.
