As his world narrows into paranoia and rage, the city's homeless population becomes the target of his increasingly unhinged nocturnal urges. Abel Ferrara directs and stars in this raw, low-budget descent into urban madness that doubles as a portrait of a city on the edge. It's less a conventional slasher than a slow-burn psychological unraveling soaked in grime and dread.
