The premise
A group of volunteers find themselves fighting for their lives when a drug trial goes horribly wrong.

When a disparate group of strangers signs up for a routine paid drug trial at an isolated clinical facility, what begins as easy money quickly spirals into a desperate fight for survival. Something in the experimental compound triggers catastrophic and terrifying changes, turning the sterile corridors of the testing centre into a killing ground. With no way out and trust evaporating fast, the volunteers must confront a threat that may already be among them — or inside them.
