The premise
Bernardo is an undertaker. He runs his mortuary business in the same house where he resides. In the front, he has his clients. And in the back, his dysfunctional family lives amongst coffins, wreaths, and the mischievous but nonviolent ghosts that visit on a daily basis. But when a malevolent entity enters the scene, it wreaks havoc on the already fractured household.

In this Argentine horror film, an undertaker and his fractured family share their home with the mortuary business — and with the restless spirits that drift through their halls as a matter of routine. For a time, the supernatural is almost mundane, a strange background hum to daily dysfunction. But when something far darker than a wayward ghost takes an interest in the household, the family's fragile bonds are pushed to their breaking point. The film builds its dread quietly, letting the horror creep in through cracks the family never bothered to seal.
