The premise
20 years after a horrific accident during a small town school play, students at the school resurrect the failed show in a misguided attempt to honor the anniversary of the tragedy - but soon discover that some things are better left alone.

Two decades after a student died in a shocking accident during a high school stage production, a new group of teens decides to revive the cursed play — a decision that quickly proves catastrophic. Armed with a camera and far too much confidence, they sneak into the darkened school after hours, only to find they are not alone. What begins as teenage mischief descends into a terrifying fight for survival as something malevolent stirs within the school's walls. The past, it turns out, has a very long reach.
