The premise
The owner of a coal mining operation, falsely imprisoned for fratricide, takes a drug to make him invisible, despite its side effect: gradual madness.
Horror Vault's take
A man wrongly convicted of his brother's murder is given a desperate lifeline: an experimental invisibility serum that grants him freedom to pursue the truth. The catch is a sinister one — the same drug that renders him unseen slowly erodes his sanity. As Scotland Yard closes in and his grip on reason slips, the race to clear his name becomes a race against his own deteriorating mind. Vincent Price brings a compelling intensity to this Universal horror entry that balances mystery, science-fiction dread, and classic monster-movie atmosphere.
