The premise
After suffering a stroke, Judith moves into a historic nursing home, where she begins to suspect something supernatural is preying on the residents. With no one willing to believe her, Judith must either escape the confines of the manor, or fall victim to the evil that dwells within it.

When a stroke forces Judith into the care of an elegant but unsettling nursing home, she begins to notice that something far darker than old age is claiming the residents around her. Dismissed by staff and family alike, she finds herself trapped in a battle between her own deteriorating credibility and a growing dread she cannot ignore. The Manor weaponizes the fears of aging and powerlessness, wrapping them in Gothic atmosphere and a creeping supernatural threat. Barbara Hershey anchors the film with a fierce, grounded performance that keeps the terror disturbingly plausible.
