The premise
Claire is approached by the father of her murdered childhood friend to help investigate the haunted moor he believes is his son's final resting place.

Years after a childhood tragedy, Claire is drawn back into unresolved darkness when her murdered friend's father begs her to join his search across the desolate Yorkshire moors. What begins as an act of compassion quickly becomes something far more disturbing, as the landscape itself seems to resist the truth being uncovered. Rooted in folk horror tradition, The Moor uses its bleak, windswept setting as both backdrop and antagonist — a place where old grief and older evils intertwine.
