The premise

A notorious criminal returns from the dead with an insatiable hunger for carnage, turning the streets of Seattle into a very bad place to be alone at night. Two determined detectives find themselves in way over their heads as a satanic cult and a thoroughly unhinged supernatural threat collide in gloriously low-budget fashion. This ultra-low-fi splatter comedy leans hard into its grindhouse excess, delivering the kind of gleefully depraved spectacle that could only exist on the fringes of '90s regional horror filmmaking.
