The premise
A team of US Special Ops forces is dispatched to a remote mountain region of Afghanistan with orders to locate an influential Muslim cleric. While on the mission they find themselves lost in a Middle Eastern 'Bermuda Triangle' of ancient evil and faced with an enemy that none of them could have imagined.

A Special Ops unit deployed to the remote mountains of Afghanistan quickly discovers their mission is far more than a routine search operation. Something ancient and utterly incomprehensible lurks in the desolate terrain, and the soldiers find themselves outmatched by an enemy that defies all military training. The film blends war-film grit with cosmic dread, turning a hostile landscape into something far more sinister than enemy combatants.
