The premise
A group of high schoolers decide to stay in a natural museum after closing hours, but a newly acquired and mysterious lamp hiding a deadly force will turn the fun into horror.

When a mysterious ancient lamp arrives at a natural history museum, it brings with it something far more dangerous than folklore. A group of teenagers who sneak in after hours for a thrill find themselves hunted through darkened exhibit halls by a force that has waited centuries to be set free. Part creature feature, part supernatural siege, The Outing delivers old-school monster mayhem wrapped in an eerie museum setting. Fans of practical-effects horror from the late eighties will find plenty to enjoy here.
