The premise
A traveller by the name of Crossley forces himself upon a musician and his wife in a lonely part of Devon, and uses the aboriginal magic he has learned to displace his host.

In the windswept isolation of Devon, a mysterious and deeply unsettling stranger named Crossley insinuates himself into the lives of a composer and his wife, wielding a terrifying power said to be rooted in Aboriginal mysticism. What begins as an unwelcome intrusion escalates into a psychological siege that threatens to unravel the couple's world from the inside out. Adapted from a Robert Graves short story, this British oddity unfolds with dreamlike, disorienting logic that keeps the viewer perpetually off-balance.
