Deep beneath a derelict London hospital lies the ruins of a 17th-century orphanage, and something monstrous has never left. A long-dormant Plague Doctor stirs once more, bringing with him a centuries-old purpose that spells doom for those who disturb his domain. The decaying underground setting becomes a trap where history and horror collide in suffocating darkness. What began as trespass into forgotten history quickly becomes a fight against an evil that has been patient — and unfinished.
