The premise

When a family patriarch suddenly dies, his widow's desperation to reclaim what she has lost leads her to invite a mysterious outsider into the home — one who promises the impossible. The already fractured bond between mother and daughter is pushed to its breaking point as the cost of that bargain becomes terrifyingly clear. What begins as a portrait of raw, consuming grief quietly curdles into something far darker and more dangerous.
