The premise
At a remote Arctic research station, four ecology students discover the real horror of global warming is not the melting ice, but what's frozen within it. A prehistoric parasite is released from the carcass of a Woolly Mammoth upon the unsuspecting students who are forced to quarantine and make necessary sacrifices, or risk infecting the rest of the world.

When a team of ecology students arrives at a remote Arctic research station, they uncover something far more terrifying than melting glaciers — a prehistoric parasite awakened from a long-frozen mammoth carcass. Cut off from the outside world, the group must confront an insidious biological threat that moves faster than anyone anticipated. Escape seems impossible, and trust among the survivors collapses under the weight of an impossible moral calculus. What begins as a field assignment becomes a desperate fight to prevent a global catastrophe.
