The premise
Topper is once again tormented by a fun-loving spirit. This time, it's Gail Richards, accidentally murdered while vacationing at the home of her wealthy friend, Ann Carrington, the intended victim. With Topper's help, Gail sets out to find her killer with the expected zany results.

When a vivacious young woman is killed at a creepy country estate, her mischievous ghost enlists the perpetually flustered Topper to help track down the real culprit. The mystery unfolds across a mansion full of secret passages, shady characters, and ghostly antics that keep both Topper and the audience guessing.
