“Who's tracking you?”

The premise
Inside a darkened house looms a column of TVs littered with VHS tapes, a pagan shrine to forgotten analog gods. The screens crackle and pop endlessly with monochrome vistas of static white noise permeating the brain and fogging concentration. But you must fight the urge to relax: this is no mere movie night. Those obsolete spools contain more than just magnetic tape. They are imprinted with the very soul of evil.
Horror Vault's take
V/H/S/2 plunges deeper into the cursed-tape mythology of its predecessor, assembling a new lineup of found-footage segments that push further into extremity and invention. Each tape unspools a self-contained nightmare — from the undead to the extraterrestrial — escalating in chaos and carnage as the wraparound story tightens its grip. The anthology format means the terror never settles into a single rhythm, keeping viewers perpetually off-balance. It is a relentless, blood-soaked dispatch from horror's analog underworld.
