The premise
A reconstructed girl is created from the pieces of a vampire girl's mini-butchery. Slaughter abounds as both of them pursue the same boy.

When a vampire girl sets her sights on an ordinary high school boy, a bloody love triangle erupts that will leave the school grounds soaked in carnage. Her rival is resurrected through deranged science into something far more dangerous than human, setting the stage for an utterly unhinged showdown. This Japanese splatter comedy leans hard into over-the-top gore and absurdist humor, reveling in its own ludicrous excess.
