The premise

Chris crashes into a carload of other young people, and the group of stranded motorists is soon lost in the woods of West Virginia, where they're hunted by three cannibalistic mountain men who are grossly disfigured by generations of inbreeding.

A chance detour through the remote backroads of West Virginia turns catastrophic for a group of strangers after a roadside collision leaves them stranded deep in the forest. Unknown to them, something deeply wrong lurks among the trees — hunters who view every lost traveler as prey.
