The premise
A Romanian vampire-hunter tracks Dracula's servant to Los Angeles, home of the last of his line.

When Soviet soldiers accidentally unseal an ancient Transylvanian tomb, they unleash something far more dangerous than legend — Dracula's devoted vampire hound, Zoltan, and his undead handler. The pair make their way to sun-drenched California, drawn to the last living descendant of their master's bloodline. A determined Romanian vampire hunter races across continents to intercept them before the unsuspecting American family becomes the pack's next prey. Part monster movie, part road-trip nightmare, it's a gloriously offbeat slice of late-70s horror.
